1. Digital Products (Visa Guide PDFs)
All sales of digital products, including visa guide PDFs, are non-refundable.
Once the file has been delivered or downloaded, we cannot process refunds due to the nature of the product.
Please ensure you review the product description and contents before purchase.
2. Service-Based Purchases (Course Selection, Appointment Booking, Visa Consultation)
For service-based purchases, refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

Booking not fulfilled due to unavailability or scheduling conflicts from our side.

Travel insurance purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective insurance provider.
iapplyvisa acts only as a facilitator.
Please contact the insurance provider directly for refund or cancellation inquiries.
